Pernille Fie Erbo Kryspin

Pernille Fie Erbo Kryspin is an experienced IT transformation lead with a strong background in governance, risk, and compliance. At Sampension, from August 2022 to January 2024, Pernille led the DORA implementation and enhanced the GRC function, emphasizing change management and organizational adoption. Previously, as an IT project manager at Lundbeck from January 2019 to August 2022, Pernille managed global IT projects with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and effective resource management.
