Sara Vallys

Sara Vallys is a seasoned service designer currently serving as a Senior Service Designer at Sampension since July 2020. Previously, Sara worked as a CX & Service Designer at Alm Brand, where efforts focused on cultivating a user-centric organization, and as a Customer Experience Specialist at Wunderman, contributing to the establishment of a CX department. Sara's extensive experience includes roles in user experience architecture and teaching, alongside a strong background in marketing and graphic design from various reputable organizations. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Digital Design and Communication, a Master's in Strategic Design and Management, and a Bachelor's in Brand Design, complemented by various courses and diplomas in relevant fields.
