Marie Chevrier Schwartz is the CEO & Founder of Sampler, a venture-backed technology company based in Toronto, Canada that delivers data-driven product experiences for consumer packaged good brands. Marie has been with Sampler since October 2013. In 2019, they became an Advisor for Scout Canning, a company that translates the premium and trusted restaurant experience into a canned seafood product. Marie has also been a Co-Host for RetailTO at TechToronto since October 2018 and a Mentor for Startup Boost from October 2017 to October 2018. Marie was a Member of the Selection Committee at The DMZ at Ryerson University from January 2016 to January 2017 and an Entrepreneur in Residence at Rocket Internet GmbH from April 2012 to May 2013, where they helped build up functions for Operations, Marketing, and Business Development. Prior to that, Marie worked at JWT as an Account Manager for Tim Hortons and as an Account Executive, overseeing project management, financial management, and client and agency meetings.

Marie Chevrier Schwartz began their education in 2003 at CEGEP - John Abbott College, where they completed a DEC in Creative Arts & Literature with a concentration in Art History & Theatre in 2005. Following that, they attended the University of Ottawa from 2006 to 2009 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication. In terms of additional certifications, in February 2020, they completed a 100-hour Meditation Teacher Training at Hoame, and in September 2021, they obtained a Modern Leadership Certificate from Weird Is Nrml.
