Arief M Ridwan

Arief M Ridwan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Arief started their career in 1991 at Philips, where they worked as a Senior Supervisor in Functional Training. During this time, they supervised training programs for production operators and maintained training materials.

In 2006, they joined NXP Semiconductors as the Section Head of Functional Training. In this role, they managed training sections, assisted in manpower planning, and supervised a team of staff members.

After that, Arief moved to Bredero Shaw in 2008 as an HSE Training Coordinator. Here, they supported the HSE and Comrel Manager in planning and managing training activities, conducted safety audits, and delivered training on HSE subjects.

In 2012, they joined Sampoerna Kayoe as the Regional Head of Continuous Improvement. Arief executed corporate improvement programs, delivered training programs on topics like 5S and leadership, and coordinated improvement projects across factories.

Lastly, Arief also founded Building Synergy Consultant (BSC) in 2016, where they worked as a Founder, Trainer, and Consultant. Arief provided training and consulting services in various areas.

Arief M Ridwan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Yogyakarta State University from 1986 to 1991. Prior to that, they completed their high school education in Mechanical Engineering at STM Negeri 1 Surabaya from 1983 to 1986. Arief M Ridwan also attended SMP Negeri 1 Gresik from 1980 to 1983 for their junior high school education in General studies. Arief started their education journey at SD Negeri Petrokimia Gresik from 1974 to 1980 for their primary school education. In terms of additional certifications, Arief M Ridwan obtained an Executive Leadership certification from Lynda.com in August 2016. Arief also holds a certification as a General Safety Specialist (AK3 Umum Depnakertrans) from Depnakertrans Republic of Indonesia.
