Muhtia Luchfi

Muhtia Luchfi is an accomplished professional with significant experience in operational support and performance review. Since June 2021, Muhtia has been with Sampoerna Kayoe, taking on the role of Operational Support and Performance Review, where responsibilities include analyzing plant performance and data related to production and inventory across multiple plants. Formerly, Muhtia served as Area Head for the OAP Operational Division, focusing on CAPEX projects and strategic planning for operations. Previous experience includes an internship at Telkom Indonesia, involving data analysis and performance monitoring, as well as content creation at PT Widigital Tri Buana. Muhtia holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Sampoerna University and a Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering from the University of Arizona, alongside a High School Diploma from Broward College.
