Mark Young

Mark Young, MBA, currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Sampson LLC, a role focused on overseeing administrative and operational functions while managing policy implementation. Concurrently, Mark is a member of the Board of Tax Assessors for Cherokee County. With extensive experience at UPS, Mark held several key positions including Director of Finance and Accounting Systems, where responsibilities included managing global Oracle EBS applications and leading Finance and Accounting projects. Previous roles at UPS featured leadership in various shared services and finance management capacities across multiple regions. Mark's earlier career included general management at Hudson Valley Express and coordination efforts for youth lacrosse programs. Mark holds a BS in Accounting from Norwich University and an MBA in Business Administration from Nichols College.
