Tracy Mitchell

Tracy Mitchell, CPM®, has a diverse and extensive work experience in property management. Tracy started their career in 1999 with the Soffer Organization, where they served as a Leasing Agent and Administrative Assistant to the Manager until 2003. From 2003 to 2005, they held the position of Property Manager for both residential and commercial properties within the organization.

In 2005, Tracy moved on to join Holiday Park Apartments as a Property Manager, where they successfully managed the property for nearly nine years until 2014.

In 2014, Tracy joined Sampson Morris Group as a Certified Property Manager. Tracy assumed various roles within the company, including the position of Director of Multifamily Operations. In this role, Tracy oversaw the operations of six residential apartment and townhome communities, which comprised a total of 1,604 units. Tracy was responsible for managing a workforce of over 40 full-time and part-time service, leasing, and administrative staff.

Tracy Mitchell, CPM®, has a comprehensive education history in property management. In 2014, they obtained their Certified Property Manager Certification from the Institute for Real Estate Management. Prior to that, Tracy completed the Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) program offered by the same institute in 2008. Additionally, they attended Career Training Academy-Monroeville in 1999. Tracy has also acquired additional certifications such as the Real Estate Broker Associate from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 2018, and the Certified Property Manager designation from both the Institute of Real Estate Management and the IREM Western PA Chapter in 2014.
