Brent Jaeger is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as the Executive Chef Partner at The Capital Grille since March 2010, Brent has progressed through various roles including Executive Chef and Sous Chef. Prior to this position, Brent was the Executive Chef at The Palm Restaurant from December 2006 to March 2010, also holding a Sous Chef position during that time. Brent Jaeger holds an Associate of Science degree in Culinary Arts from The Art Institute of California-San Diego.
