Darlene Miller

Darlene Miller is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process engineering and operations analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Process Engineer and Operations Analyst at Strategy and Management Services, Inc. (SAMS) since May 2012, Darlene provides Systems Engineering Technical Assistance for process improvement efforts aligned with CMMI standards, specifically supporting CECOM/SEC/ISR/IFSD. Prior to this role, Darlene worked at Ross Technologies, where responsibilities included proposal management, technical research, and quality assurance in proposal preparation. Darlene holds a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from Chapman University, a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Penn State University, and has completed studies in Computer Applications and CMMI at Anne Arundel Community College and Carnegie Mellon University, respectively.
