Aaron Bruce

Aaron Bruce has extensive work experience in the recruiting field. Aaron currently serves as the Vice President of Recruiting at Samsara, where they lead the global recruiting efforts. Prior to that, they worked at Amazon as the Director of Recruiting Engine. Aaron also held various roles at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where they were responsible for global Sales, Marketing, and Leadership hiring. Aaron's career in recruiting began at Amazon.com, where they built and led the Kindle recruiting team. Aaron also worked as a Corporate Recruiter at Allied Telesyn, a Recruiting Consultant at Solumic LLC, and a Technical Recruiter at Volt.

Aaron Bruce earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from the University of Washington, where they attended from 1995 to 1999.
