Aidan Murphy has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Aidan began their career as a Work Experience intern at Vodafone Ireland in 2006. Aidan then worked as a Concierge at The K Club in 2006, where they provided courteous and helpful service to hotel guests during the Ryder Cup event. From 2008 to 2014, Aidan worked as Conference & Events Staff at Carton House Hotel, where they served food and beverages at meetings, functions, and weddings, and also assisted with room setup and guest needs.
In 2013, Aidan worked as a Fitter at Winroy, assembling and installing office furniture solutions for multinational companies. Aidan also gained experience as a Digital Marketing/Social Media intern at Chatter Creators, where they developed and executed social media strategies.
Aidan pursued a career in production and creative project management, starting as a Production Assistant at Arts+Labor in 2014. Aidan later became an Associate Producer, coordinating commercial, feature film, and television projects. At Arts+Labor, Aidan managed multiple projects and kept clients updated on progress. In 2016, Aidan served as a Producer and Head of Production, responsible for coordinating and producing commercial, digital, and brand video projects.
In 2018, Aidan joined Charles Schwab as a Producer, where they managed a team and worked on various projects, including producing Schwab's national TV spot for 2020. Aidan also worked as an Associate Producer at Charles Schwab's in-house marketing agency, C2.
In 2019, Aidan worked as a Producer via Aquent at Charles Schwab before transitioning to Zuora in 2022. At Zuora, Aidan served as an Ops Producer and Creative Program Manager, coordinating and completing creative projects and building relationships with internal and external partners.
Currently, Aidan is working at Samsara as a Brand Design Program Manager, supporting the brand and creative projects of the Marketing team. Aidan collaborates with cross-functional teams to manage project intake, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring successful project delivery.
In addition to their career in the creative industry, Aidan also gained experience as a Medical Billing Specialist at Medserv, where they handled claim and invoice generation for medical consultants and hospitals in Ireland and the UK.
Aidan Murphy began their education journey in 1994, attending Scoil Na Mainistreach Celbridge until 2002, where they completed their Leaving Certificate. In 2008, they enrolled at Trinity College Dublin and pursued a degree in Engineering, which they completed in 2009.
Aidan then went on to Maynooth University in 2010, where they studied multiple disciplines. From 2010 to 2011, Aidan focused on Greek & Roman Civilization for their Bachelor of Arts (B.A. Hons) degree. Aidan then switched their focus to Music Technology and English, which they continued studying until 2013, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A. Hons) degree in both fields.
In terms of additional certifications, Aidan obtained their Manual Handling certification from Winroy in August 2013 and their Safe Pass certification from FAS in the same month and year.
