Aliyah Morphis has an extensive work experience spanning various industries and roles. Aliyah started their career as a Food Handler/Cashier at In-N-Out Burger in 2012. Aliyah then interned as a Volunteer Services Intern at Kaiser Permanente in 2014. In the same year, they also held roles as a LEAD Peer Educator and a Student Ambassador at Santa Clara University.

In 2016, Aliyah interned as an HR Intern in Learning and Development at LinkedIn. Following this, they joined LinkedIn as part of their Business Leadership Program, where they underwent rotations in Global Customer Operations and Talent Acquisition. As part of the program, they conducted recruiter phone screens and problem-solved with enterprise clients.

Aliyah later transitioned into sales roles at LinkedIn. Aliyah served as a Sales Development Representative, where they consulted prospective clients and engaged decision makers. Aliyah then became an Account Executive for LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, driving quarterly revenue and shaping marketing strategies for B2B tech clients. Aliyah exceeded team and personal quotas and provided value to clients through education and performance reviews.

In 2021, Aliyah joined HubSpot as a Senior Partnerships Manager, where they facilitated masterclasses and collaborated with different teams to create growth resources for startups. Aliyah also successfully converted and scaled strategic partnerships with investors.

In 2022, Aliyah joined Samsara as a Manager in Mid Market Account Development.

Outside of their professional experiences, Aliyah was also a LEAD Peer Mentor at Santa Clara University, providing guidance and support to fellow students.
