VP, Global Technical Support at Samsara

Drago leads the Global Technical Support organization at Samsara. He is responsible for delivering a world-class 24x7 customer support experience to Samsara’s rapidly expanding user-base. His teams include Standard & Premier Support, Product Support Engineering, Technical Account Management (TAM) and Support Operations.

Before Samsara, Drago was the Head of Global Technical Operations at Amazon Robotics, leading a worldwide organization responsible for all aspects of software and hardware support for Amazon’s distribution center robotic solutions. Prior to that, Drago spent 10+ years leading support teams in the Internet and IT industries, with global companies like EIG and Acquia, where he integrated and scaled multiple customer support, contact center and support engineering locations in North America, Europe and Asia.

Drago holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Clark University in Boston. He is a member of the International Customer Management Institute (ICMI) and the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
