Eliot Chang has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

Eliot began their career as a Materials Science Intern at the U.S. Department of Energy in 2008 before interning as a Socioeconomic Research Intern at NOAA: National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration in 2009.

In 2010, Eliot joined the City and County of San Francisco as a Capital Planning Analyst, where they worked until 2013.

Eliot then transitioned to Rinse, a national consumer brand specializing in dry cleaning and laundry, where they held various positions including Special Operations Manager in 2013, Director of Customer Experience in 2014, General Manager - San Francisco in 2015, and Director of Operations from 2016 to 2017.

Since 2018, Eliot has been with Samsara, a leading IoT data company, where they have held roles such as Business Operations Manager (MBA Summer Intern) in 2018-2019, Business Operations Manager from 2019 to 2020, Manager of Support Operations from 2020 to 2021, and Senior Manager of Support Operations & Strategy from 2021 to 2022. Eliot is currently serving as the Director of Global Support Operations & Strategy.

Throughout their career, Eliot has gained extensive experience in operations, strategy, and support operations across both established and emerging companies.

Eliot Chang pursued their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Environmental Analysis and Chemistry from Pomona College, attending from 2006 to 2010. Following this, they went on to join Stanford University Graduate School of Business to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, which they obtained from 2017 to 2019. The field of study for their MBA degree is not specified.
