Strategic Program Manager - Customer Success at Samsara

Fahad Khan has a diverse work history that spans over a decade. Fahad started their career as a Retail Sales Associate at OfficeMax in 2009, where they engaged with diverse customers and provided technical assistance. From 2011 to 2013, Fahad worked as a Barista at Starbucks, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean store environment. Fahad then joined Caltrans as an Intern in 2014, gaining exposure to data analysis and project management strategies.

In 2013, Fahad worked as a Sales Associate at T-Mobile, where they demonstrated strong sales skills and consistently exceeded sales goals. Fahad also worked as an Operations Manager at Khan Egg Ranch from 2013 to 2017, overseeing poultry farm operations and staff activities.

In 2015, Fahad became an Account Manager at AGTEK Development Company, Inc., where they leveraged their interpersonal skills to establish rapport with customers and drive sales. Fahad provided consultation to contractors and conducted technical trainings.

Most recently, Fahad joined Samsara in 2022 as a Strategic Program Manager - Customer Success. In this role, they are responsible for managing programs and ensuring customer success. Overall, Fahad has a strong background in customer service, sales, operations management, and customer success.

Fahad Khan's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Operations from Cal State East Bay's College of Business & Economics. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering from San Jose State University.

In addition to their formal education, Fahad has also obtained several certifications. Fahad completed a Learn SQL Course from Codecademy in June 2021. In May 2018, they obtained a certification in Building Self-Confidence from LinkedIn. Furthermore, they completed a Gainsight Admin 101 certification from Gainsight in July 2017.
