Jeremy Prince started their work experience in 1991 as a Managed Care Coordinator at Manatee Memorial Hospital. From 1996 to 1997, they served as an Office Manager at Manatee Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Clinic. In 1997, they worked as an Account Manager at Oliphant Financial LLC. In 1998, they became the Credit and Collections Manager at Coastline Equipment. In 1999, they took on the role of Sales Manager and Web Designer at The Technology Center.com. That same year, they also served as a CRC Associate for Cisco Systems at Manpower. Jeremy worked at Cisco from 2000 to 2022, initially starting as a CRC Associate and progressing through various roles. Jeremy worked as an IT Analyst, Project Manager/Business Analyst, Program Manager for Customer Interaction Network, and Program Manager for Contact Center IT. From 2012 until 2022, they held the position of Critical Accounts Territory Manager and led the Customer Assurance Program at Cisco. In 2022, they joined Samsara as a Senior Incident & Escalations Manager, responsible for managing critical customer escalations and incidents.
Jeremy Prince attended the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology. In addition to their degree, Jeremy has also obtained several certifications, including the Stanford Certified Project Manager from Stanford University in October 2014, the PMP (Project Management Professional) from PMI (Project Management Institute) in September 2005, and a Masters Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University in 2005.
