Jesper Helt

Jesper Helt has a well-rounded and extensive work experience in the field of HR and people management. Jesper most recently served as the Head of People at Samsara, starting in October 2021. Prior to that, they held the role of Chief People Officer at Eos Energy Enterprises, Inc. from January 2021 to October 2021.

Before taking a sabbatical break in 2020, Jesper held leadership positions at various companies. Jesper served as the CHRO at Commvault from January 2014 to March 2020, where they were responsible for the global HR function and reported directly to the CEO. In this role, they facilitated the management of over 2,500 employees worldwide. Jesper also played a significant role in the company's executive team.

From June 2012 to November 2013, Jesper served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Velti, a global mobile marketing technology provider. Jesper oversaw the global HR function, employee communication, and facilities, reporting to the CEO.

Prior to Velti, Jesper was the Vice President of Business HR at SuccessFactors, a leading Human Capital Management SaaS company, from November 2011 to June 2012. Jesper supported the President and managed HR initiatives for 1,500+ employees.

At HP, Jesper held multiple HR leadership roles from 2007 to 2011. Jesper served as the Vice President of HR PSG Americas, leading a team of HR professionals and supporting over 2,500 employees across North and Latin America. Jesper also served as the Vice President of HR Global Functions, overseeing HR initiatives for 4,000+ employees across Global Supply Chain, Customer Experience & Service, CTO, and WW Sales & Marketing. In addition, Jesper held the role of Vice President of HR PSG WW Sales & Sales Effectiveness, where they supported the Senior Vice President of WW Sales.

Jesper began their career at Novo Nordisk Inc., where they held various HR leadership positions from 1995 to 2007. Their roles included HR Director Sales Force Effectiveness, HR Director, and L&D Consultant Executive Development.

Before joining Novo Nordisk Inc., Jesper worked as a Management Consultant at Gurre Group Consulting from 1992 to 1995.

Overall, Jesper Helt has accumulated a wealth of experience in HR and people management, serving in various leadership roles in companies of different sizes and industries.

Jesper Helt completed their education in three different institutions. First, they attended Værløse Skole from 1975 to 1981. Following this, they enrolled at Gladsaxe Gymnasium from 1981 to 1984. Lastly, they attended the University of Copenhagen, also known as Københavns Universitet, from 1986 to 1994. At the University of Copenhagen, Jesper earned a Mag. Art. degree in Cultural Sociology.
