Jihan Watkins

Jihan Watkins has extensive experience in human resources and people operations, currently serving as a Senior People Partner II for EMEA at Samsara since April 2019, with a progression of titles including Interim Head of Recruitment. Prior to this role, Jihan worked at Medallia from June 2014 to March 2019, advancing from People Operations Coordinator to People Operations Manager and HR Business Partner. Additional experience includes HR roles at Avant Healthcare Professionals and Story Soapbox, as well as project management and marketing coordination positions at Strong Films and Charisma Media. Jihan holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Psychodynamic Counselling from the University of Oxford and a BA in Organizational Communication from Rollins College, along with an AA in General Education from Seminole State College of Florida.
