Justin Rookes has substantial work experience spanning several roles and industries. Justin started their career in 1987 in the British Army as a Late Entry Captain (Engineering Officer) and served until 2012. In 2012, they transitioned to Cisco, where they held multiple positions over the course of ten years. Their roles at Cisco include Project Manager from 2012 to 2014, Service/Program Delivery Manager from 2014 to 2018, Customer Success Executive from 2018 to 2020, and Senior Customer Success Manager (Cisco Meraki) from 2020 to 2022. In August 2022, they joined Samsara as a Strategic Customer Success Manager.

Justin Rookes has a diverse education history. In 1984, they started attending Thomas Bennett Community College, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study.
