Kristin Coles

Kristin Coles has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kristin currently works at Samsara as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager - Connected Sites since February 2022. Before this role, they were an Enterprise-Senior Implementation Consultant at Samsara from January 2021 to February 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Implementation Consultant at Samsara from September 2019 to January 2021.

Prior to joining Samsara, Kristin worked at CareCloud as a Senior Implementation Consultant from August 2018 to September 2019. Kristin also gained experience at athenahealth, where they held the positions of Senior Project Management Associate from February 2017 to August 2018 and Project Management Associate from May 2015 to February 2017.

Earlier in their career, Kristin worked as an Enrollment Advisor at Connections Academy from February 2014 to April 2015 and as a Behavioral Therapist at Children Achieving Maximum Potential from June 2013 to March 2014. Kristin also served as an Academic Coach at the University of Maryland Baltimore County from August 2013 to December 2013 and worked as a Summer Intern at the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene from June 2013 to August 2013.

Kristin started their professional career as a Billing Specialist/Office Assistant at YMCA from May 2009 to August 2012 and gained research experience as a Research Intern at the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene from January 2012 to May 2012.

Kristin Coles earned a Master of Applied Sociology degree from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, where they attended from 2012 to 2014. Prior to their graduate studies, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Health Administration and Policy at the same university from 2009 to 2012. In addition to their educational background, they have obtained certifications in "Project Management Simplified" from LinkedIn in January 2020 and "Sales: Customer Success" from LinkedIn in December 2019.
