Latham Turner

Latham Turner is the current director of sales operations at Samsara. Prior to this, they were an entrepreneur in residence at Next Frontier Capital and before that, they were the director of sales operations at Samsara. Latham has also held the position of vice president of hardware engineering at Rigetti Computing, where they were responsible for the RF, mechanical, digital design, and embedded software engineering teams developing quantum computing signal generation, delivery, amplification, and control hardware for NISQ quantum computers. Latham began their career as a product manager at the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), where they were responsible for managing the cost, schedule, and performance for the development of acoustic sensors in support of Navy strategic goals.

They work with Emily Critchfield - VP, Sales Operations, Philip van der Wilt - VP, EMEA. Their manager is Andy McCall, Chief Revenue Officer.
