Lina Osofsky-Meng

Lina Osofsky-Meng is a Senior Recruiting Coordinator at Samsara, where responsibility includes leading the Recruiting Coordination team and overseeing operations for the Executive Recruiting team since March 2021. Prior to this role, Lina transitioned from a temporary Recruiting Coordinator to a full-time position at Samsara. Lina also served as an Instructor at barre3 San Mateo and held various positions in HR and account management at companies such as Collabera Inc. and JoyRun, Inc., where extensive experience in applicant sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding was developed. Initial exposure to the hiring process occurred in the Human Resources department at UC Davis Shared Services Center. Lina's professional journey began at lululemon as an Educator, where exceptional customer service skills were cultivated. Lina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Managerial Economics with a minor in Psychology from the University of California, Davis.
