Mari Cantú

Mari Cantú is a seasoned Senior Technical Recruiter with extensive experience in hardware and software engineering, as well as product design. Currently employed at Samsara since January 2023, Cantú previously held significant roles at Meta, where recruitment efforts focused on building infrastructure leadership teams and staffing for Horizon Teams in the AR/VR sector. Additional experience includes recruiting for software engineering roles at Facebook, hardware engineering at Apple, and leadership positions at CyberCoders and KForce, where strategic team development was a key focus. Cantú holds a degree in Business, Finance from Loyola Marymount University and has a foundational background from Seattle Preparatory School.
