Manager, Enterprise Customer Success at Samsara

Molly Rindos has accumulated a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Most recently, they worked at Samsara as a Manager of Enterprise Customer Success starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they held positions at Navan, where they served as a Senior Manager of Enterprise Customer Success from October 2021 to October 2022. Molly also worked as a Senior Manager of Customer Success East Coast from July 2020 to October 2021 and as a Manager of Customer Success East Coast from June 2019 to July 2020.

Before their time at Navan, Rindos was employed by Verizon Media as an Associate Director of Account Management from January 2018 to May 2019 and as a Senior Account Manager from August 2017 to December 2017. Molly also gained experience at AOL, where they held various account management positions including Senior Account Manager from September 2016 to August 2017, Account Manager from October 2015 to August 2016, and Account Manager of Publisher Services from August 2014 to September 2015.

Molly Rindos started their career as an Account Manager at BMW i Ventures from December 2013 to July 2014. Prior to that, they were a Merchandising Assistant at Diane von Furstenberg for a brief period in November and December 2013. Molly also completed an internship at LPDM Fine Art from June 2013 to October 2013, where they assisted with scheduling and promotional event coordination.

Molly gained additional experience as an Assistant at Oliphant Design from June 2011 to January 2013, where they managed client databases and collaborated with the owner of the Oliphant jewelry line to create custom jewelry. Rindos also completed an internship at Meier Brand from May 2012 to August 2012, where they maintained social media sites and developed advertisements.

Their earliest work experience was as a Sales Associate at R.Derwin Clothiers from June 2009 to January 2012, where they engaged with customers in a retail environment and handled telephone and email sales. Overall, Molly Rindos has a well-rounded background in customer success, account management, merchandising, and internships across various industries.

Molly Rindos holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
