Ridge Souza, PMP, is a Strategic Implementation Consultant at Samsara since September 2025, focusing on enhancing safety, efficiency, and sustainability in global operations. Previously, Ridge served as a Consultant/Project Manager at Pacxa, where leadership in technology implementations and engagements with various governmental and private clients was key. Experience includes a role as Program Coordinator at Kupu, facilitating conservation internships, and Data Manager at the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, researching climate change impacts in marine ecosystems.
