Roger Flynn has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. In their most recent role as Director of Customer Success at Samsara, they are responsible for overseeing customer success initiatives. Prior to that, at Imperva, they served as the Senior Director of Customer Success and N.I. Site Lead, where they led a global team and was responsible for customer engagement and site operations. At Affirmed Networks, they were the Head of Vodafone Service Delivery. Roger also held the position of Director of Customer Success at Citrix, where they managed a global team and provided support and services to the Service Provider market. At Bytemobile Inc, they held several positions, including Director, Senior Manager, and Manager in the Customer Support organization. Lastly, at Openwave Systems, they held various roles related to technical support and professional services, primarily focused on deployment and support of Openwave products in the telecommunications industry.
Roger Flynn attended Ballyclare High School from 1987 to 1993. Roger then went on to Queen's University Belfast, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology from 1993 to 1997. After that, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computer Science and Applications at Queen's University Belfast from 1997 to 1998.
