Samuel H. has over 20 years of experience in the field of corporate communications and brand management. Samuel is currently serving as the Senior Director of Corporate, Employee, and Talent Brand Communications at Samsara since January 2022. Samuel also holds the position of Advisory Board Member at PressPage since the same year.

Prior to their current roles, Samuel worked at ServiceNow from March 2019 to January 2022, where they rebuilt and transformed the regional communications function. Samuel successfully implemented an integrated omni-channel strategy across nine markets while starting with zero headcount. Before that, they served as the EMEA Corporate Communications Director at ServiceNow from April 2016 to February 2019.

From July 2014 to April 2016, Samuel worked at Oracle as the Director of Corporate Communications and Global Social Media Lead. Samuel was responsible for managing corporate communications and leading global social media activities. Before joining Oracle, they held positions at Vodafone as the Head of Social Media and Senior Corporate Communications Counsel from March 2013 to July 2014.

Samuel also has experience working at other renowned companies, including Oracle as the Corporate Communications Director from November 2008 to March 2013, Noiseworks as an Associate Director (Contract) from June 2008 to November 2008, Pleon as an Associate Director (Contract) from January 2008 to June 2008, The Octopus Group as a Senior Group Account Director from April 2003 to December 2007, and MANTRA PR LIMITED as a Senior Account Executive from August 2002 to April 2003.

Samuel H. pursued their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from Bournemouth University, attending from 1998 to 2002. Before university, they completed their A-Levels at Felpham Community College, specializing in Business Studies/Economics, English, and Sociology, from 1990 to 1997. In addition to their formal education, Samuel obtained a certification in Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn in July 2018.
