Sharath Udupa

Sharath Udupa is the Vice President of Engineering at Samsara. Sharath has previously held positions as a Technical Advisor, Group Engineering Manager, and Senior Development Lead at Microsoft, and a Research Assistant at the University of Arizona.

Sharath has always been passionate about technology and its potential to make a positive impact on the world. Sharath has used their skills to help build MVPs for both Toy-Yo and Stash, companies with the vision of making a difference in people's lives. At Samsara, Sharath is able to continue making a difference by leading the engineering team that builds products that make transportation safer, more efficient, and less harmful to the environment.

Sharath Udupa has a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Mysore.

Sharath Udupa reports to John Bicket, CTO & Founder. Sharath Udupa works with Kelly Koskelin - VP, Software Engineering, Olivier Boireau - VP, Hardware Engineering.
