Sydney Trinidad

Sydney Trinidad is an accomplished Senior Machine Learning Engineer currently at Samsara since January 2024, with prior experience in similar roles at Realtor.com from November 2019 to January 2024 and earlier as a Machine Learning Engineer on the monetization team. Sydney also served as a Platform Engineer at Anaconda, Inc. from July 2018 to September 2019, and as an Advising Fellow in the Symbolic Systems Program at Stanford University from December 2015 to March 2018, where responsibilities included guiding undergraduate students. Early experience includes a role as a Data Mining and Analysis Research Assistant at the Stanford Institute for Economic Policy Research and various leadership positions at Stanford, such as Co-Director and Writer for MINT Magazine and the President of the Symbolic Systems and Cognitive Science Society. Sydney has a Bachelor’s Degree from Stanford University, earned between 2013 and 2017, with additional technical development experience as a Software Developer at the Virtual Human Interaction Lab.
