Tom McNeela

Tom McNeela has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Tom has most recently been working at Samsara as the Vice President of Product Management since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Zebra Technologies as the Sr. Director of Product Management from October 2014 to July 2022. Before that, they held various roles at Motorola Solutions, including Director of Product Management from October 2011 to October 2014 and Senior Product Manager from an unspecified date in 2004 to September 2011. Tom also has experience at Motorola Mobile Devices, where they held roles such as Senior Program Manager from 2001 to 2003, Lead Mechanical Engineer from 1998 to 2001, Senior Mechanical Engineer from 1996 to 1998, and Manufacturing Engineer from 1994 to 1996.

Tom McNeela completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology in 1991. Tom then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, which they completed in 1993. Later, they attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 2000 to 2004, where they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Management & Strategy.
