Vignesh Iyer

Vignesh Iyer's work experience includes a senior engineering manager role at Samsara starting in 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Facebook from 2018 to 2021, where they focused on enabling the creation of augmented reality experiences and developing the camera stack for Portal devices. Before Facebook, Vignesh worked at Qualcomm from 2004 to 2017 as a staff engineer and tech lead manager. Their responsibilities at Qualcomm included designing and developing camera systems for VR headsets, as well as developing camera algorithms for Qualcomm chipsets.

Vignesh Iyer pursued a Master of Science degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the University of Arizona, from the year 2000 to 2003.
