Carolyn Rawle

Carolyn Rawle has an extensive work experience spanning over 15 years, with their most recent role being the Director of Operations / Organization Development & Purchasing Manager at Inland Tarp & Liner (ITL™), LLC. Prior to this, they worked at British Gas in various roles, including Operations Service Manager (OSM) & Deputy Area Dispatch Manager (DADM), Site Planning Manager London & South East, Customer Manager South London, and Operations Planner. During their time at British Gas, they displayed exceptional leadership qualities, managed cross-functional teams and oversaw customer operations management. Carolyn also led recruitment efforts for new staff, reducing turnovers year-on-year. Carolyn currently holds the role of Vice President of Operations at Samson Rope Technologies.

Carolyn Rawle has a diverse education history. Carolyn studied physics at Big Bend Community College from 2000 to 2002 and later completed an NVQ Level 4 Leadership & Management Skills / NVQ Level 4 Management program at City & Guilds Group in 2010-2011. In 2022-2023, Carolyn pursued a Level 7 Learning & Development course at CIPD Qualifications and attained a Master of Science degree in Strategic Human Resource Management at The University of Salford, which they are currently undertaking. Carolyn also obtained a Certificate Advanced Level Apprenticeship in Management from City & Guilds and a Business & Management Level 4 certification from ILM.
