Mahendran Sundaram

Mahendran Sundaram is an experienced electrical engineer with a strong background in solar power projects and electrical engineering. Currently serving as an Electrical Engineer at Samsung C&T since September 2023, Mahendran is involved in the development of a 875.5MW solar power plant in Doha, Qatar. Previously, Mahendran held the position of Project Coordinator at Transrail Lighting Limited from March 2020 to October 2023, managing the design, installation, and maintenance of various solar power and highway lighting projects. An extensive career includes roles as Project Coordinator and Electrical Site Engineer across multiple companies, with significant contributions to high-capacity solar power plants and infrastructure developments. Mahendran holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from KPR Institute of Engineering and Technology and a diploma from P.S.G. Polytechnic College.
