Jongkyu Shin

Jongkyu Shin is a highly accomplished engineer with extensive experience in the electronics industry. Currently serving as a Staff Engineer at Samsung Electro-Mechanics since October 2020, Jongkyu has led significant projects including BGA Electroplating Recipe Automation and FC-BGA Electroplating Recipe Automation, alongside developing tools for tabular data analysis and modeling. Prior to this role, Jongkyu co-founded and served as the CEO of Echolocus Inc. from December 2015 to July 2020. Educational qualifications include a PhD and a Master's degree in Engineering from Seoul National University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Hongik University.
