Abhishek Saini

Abhishek Saini is an experienced HR professional specializing in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Samsung Electronics since August 2016, Abhishek leads the Talent Acquisition center of excellence for Samsung Research India, focusing on campus hiring, experienced hiring, employer branding, and process innovation. Previously, Abhishek held roles including Deputy Manager in Talent Acquisition and Assistant Manager in Talent Management at Samsung R&D India, where responsibilities encompassed end-to-end recruitment for software professionals and talent management processes. Prior professional experiences include an HR internship at Lanco, an HR internship at KPMG, and an Assistant Manager role in Plant Operations at Reliance Energy, along with early internship experience at NTPC Limited. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resource Development from the Delhi School of Economics and a B.Tech in Power Engineering from the National Power Training Institute.
