Brad Carpenter

Brad Carpenter is a seasoned engineering executive with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Engineering at Samsung Electronics, Brad is focused on the Samsung Data Platform, enhancing a solid-state storage system for Azure. Previously, Brad held various senior roles at Stellus Technologies, Samsung Electronics, and NetApp, where responsibilities included driving QA strategies, collaborating on NVMe storage solutions, and advising on ecosystem partnerships. With a strong background in hardware and software development during a long tenure at Microsoft, Brad managed engineering teams and product strategies for Windows and Surface technologies. Brad holds a BS in Computer Science from Pacific University.
