Donald Szczepaniak

Donald Szczepaniak serves as the Vice President of Service Delivery at Samsung Electronics since September 2021. Previously, Donald held the position of President & CEO at Prismview from August 2017 to September 2021. Prior roles include Executive Vice President of the Sensory Solutions Group at Panasonic USA, V.P. of Operations at Panasonic Systems Communications Company, and V.P. of the Customer Experience Group at Panasonic Corporation of North America, also having served as Director of Callcenter Operations. Donald Szczepaniak earned a BS in Marketing/Economics from Illinois State University and completed the "Shape Your Playing Field" Executive Program at Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.
