Prior experience includes the role of Talent Acquisition Manager at Abbott, where responsibility encompassed a recruitment strategy for an international nutritional business in Vietnam, and various consulting positions at Odgers Berndtson, Bó Lè Associates, and Navigos Group. Khai Le holds a Master of Business Administration from James Cook University, Singapore Campus, completed in 2006.
