Kyung Dong Ryu

Kyung Dong Ryu is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in the automotive and software industries. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and Head of the System Research Center at Samsung Electronics, Kyung Dong Ryu has also held significant roles at Google as Director of Android Automotive and at LG Electronics as VP of Engineering for Automotive Software Platform & Products. Prior positions include Vice President of the Board of Directors at GENIVI Alliance and various leadership roles at IBM T.J. Watson Research Center, where Kyung Dong Ryu contributed to research and development projects. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. and M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Maryland.
