Rishabh Nagpal

Rishabh Nagpal is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Chief People Officer and Senior Director of HR at Samsung Electronics since September 2014, where leadership spans various HR functions including Total Rewards, Talent Management, and HR Operations for the South West Asia Headquarters. Previously, Rishabh held positions such as General Manager of Human Resources at Huawei, and HR Head at IBM, with earlier roles at Tech Mahindra, Dell Perot Systems, and Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India, contributing significantly to establishing and managing HR operations across multiple international locations. Rishabh holds an MBA in HR from the Delhi School of Economics and a Bachelor of Engineering from Manipal Academy of Higher Education.
