Youngae Kim

Youngae Kim is a seasoned expert in people analytics and big data analytics within human resources, currently serving as a Senior Research Fellow at Samsung Global Research since January 2016. Previously, Youngae held the position of Senior Manager at Samsung Group's Human Resource Development Institute from January 2014 to December 2015 and worked as a Senior Consultant at Samsung SDS from January 2011 to December 2013, focusing on business analytics and big data. Youngae began an academic career as a Research Fellow and Visiting Scholar at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities between January 2007 and December 2010, supported by a fellowship from the Korea Research Foundation. Educational qualifications include a PhD and a Master of Engineering in Management Information Systems from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Jeju National University.
