Rick Nadeau

Rick Nadeau has a diverse and extensive work experience in the HVAC industry. Rick started their career as a Service Mechanic at RAC Services Inc in 1987 and worked there until 1994. Rick then joined Harris Energy Systems as a Mechanical Engineer in 1994. In 1995, they moved to York International, where they held various roles such as Product Service Supervisor and Product Service Manager for different types of chillers. Rick worked at York International until 2003 when the company merged with Johnson Controls. At York International Corp./Johnson Controls Inc., Rick served as the Manager of the Technical Support Group for Engineered Systems Products from 2003 to 2006. Rick continued their career at Johnson Controls in multiple roles, including Director of Technical Support and Director of Mechanical Services. In 2015, they became the Region Service Operations Manager before transitioning to Samsung HVAC in 2017. At Samsung HVAC, Rick initially served as the National Director of Training and Technical Services. Rick then progressed to the position of Senior Director of Technical Services, Training, and Operations, and currently holds the position of VP of Technical Services, Training, and Operations.

Rick Nadeau began their education in 1988 at the University of Florida, where they pursued an Engineering Transfer program with a focus on Mechanical Engineering. Rick later attended the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth from 1990 to 1993, earning a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 1995, they furthered their education at the New England Institute of Technology, obtaining an Associate's degree in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineering Technology/Technician. Currently, Rick is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Florida, expected to be completed between 2022 and 2024.
