Michael Fürweger

Michael Fürweger is a Battery Cell Modeling Engineer at Samsung SDI Battery Systems GmbH since April 2016, specializing in the development of algorithms for state estimation of lithium-ion cells. Previously, Michael served as an Embedded System Software Engineer, where responsibilities included the development of battery management software adhering to SPICE and ISO26262 standards, software architecture development, and internal toolchain enhancement using MATLAB and Python, alongside conducting software testing. Prior experience includes a role as a Nondestructive Testing Engineer at FACC AG and as a Computational Fluid Dynamics Engineer at Airbus. Michael holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics/Aerospace Engineering from FH Joanneum.
