Ryan Kostos

Ryan Kostos is an experienced Applications Engineering Manager currently at Samsung SDI America Inc. since August 2023, providing technical expertise to develop solutions for Utility and UPS customers while collaborating with global Sales & Development teams. Previously, Ryan held the same title at Spear Power Systems from January 2018 to June 2023, where Ryan led a team to drive product roadmaps by aligning them with market needs. Ryan's background includes roles as a Senior System Engineer and Senior Application Engineer, supporting technical projects and proposal development in various markets, along with experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer and Mechanical Engineer Intern. Ryan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
