Fernando J. Vinas-Miranda

Fernando J. Vinas-Miranda has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Fernando J. started their career at Citibank, where they worked as a Resident Vice President in the Corporate Banking Group and Public Finance Unit. Fernando J. then joined The Chase Manhattan Bank NA as a Vice President, where they served as the Relationship Manager for the Commonwealth of PR. In this role, they developed a strategic marketing and business plan, identified business opportunities, and coordinated efforts across various product areas. Fernando J. also completed their undergraduate studies at Universidad de Puerto Rico, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from 1975 to 1979.
