Samuel Heath

Samuel Heath has over 18 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, including working as an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company and as the Sr. Director of Innovation at Burger King Corporation. In their current role as Chairman at Samuel Heath, they are responsible for leading the company and its product development initiatives. Prior to joining Samuel Heath, Samuel was the Head of CPG (Retail) at Restaurant Brands International, where they launched instant coffee, soup, granola bars, TImbits cereal, and expanded the company's market share position in coffee in FDM channels.

Samuel Heath received their PhD in Computer Science from Brown University, where they also completed their Master of Science in Computer Science. Samuel holds a Bachelor of Science from The University of British Columbia.
