Rich Lucas

Rich Lucas has over 25 years of experience in corporate recruitment and human resources. Currently serving as a Corporate Recruiter and HR Generalist at Shapiro since 1995, Rich specializes in full cycle recruiting within customs brokerage, freight forwarding, and global logistics, with prior experience in Operations and Special Projects. Rich also operated as a Coach and Consultant with enRICHed: Recruiting and Career Coaching from June 2013 to June 2020, focused on connecting employers with millennials. Earlier in the career, Rich worked as an Agency Recruiter at MRI from 2000 to 2004, concentrating on engineering and distribution sectors. Rich holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Studies from Widener University, completed in 1995.
