John D. Amodeo

John D. Amodeo is Chief Financial Officer of Samuel, Son & Co., Limited, since 2010. From 2001 to 2010, Mr. Amodeo was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Samuel Manu-Tech, Inc., a TSX listed public company. Prior to that, Mr. Amodeo served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Bracknell Corporation, a NASDAQ listed public company, and held a number of executive positions at Molson Breweries (now Molson Coors), including Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Amodeo is a Canadian CPA/Chartered Accountant, holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management and graduated from the Program for Management Development at Harvard Business School.
