Yang Chen, CGA, MPA has extensive experience in financial analysis and management. Yang (March) began their career as a Marketing Analyst at Guoxin Yangzhou Power Plant Ltd. in 1996 and worked there for nearly 10 years. In 2005, they transitioned to the role of Project Manager/Senior Financial Analyst at Jiangsu Guoxin Investment Group Ltd., where they were responsible for financial analysis and reporting. Yang then joined Linamar in 2011 as an Accountant, rotating between three manufacturing plants and providing financial advice and analysis. In 2013, they became a Group Financial Analyst at Samuel Strapping Systems, before moving to Samuel, Son & Co., Limited in 2015 as a Senior Financial Analyst at the MFG Division. In this role, Yang monitors and analyzes operating results, prepares financial analysis for management, and participates in strategic business reviews and M&A activities.

In terms of additional certifications, Yang obtained the designation of Certified General Accountant (CGA) in January 2013. The certification was obtained from an institution called CGA.
