Previously, Namrata was a Management Trainee at the same company and also worked as a Trainee at Acsen Hyveg. Namrata holds a degree in Agri-Business and Plantation Management from the Indian Institute of Plantation Management, Bengaluru, and a B.Tech in Agricultural Engineering from D. Y. Patil College of Engineering & Technology, Talsande Kolhapur.
